This flu is really unpleasant and the signs are diarrhea, nausea, upset belly, body and head pains, cramps, fatigue, fever and vomiting.The top 10 cures:
GINGER
Reduces inflammation and is great for this flu. Also it kills viruses and removes the flu/ digestion will be much better, you won’t have nausea, abdomen cramps, vomiting and bloating and no more loose stools. Boil fresh chopped ginger, 1 tsp in 1.5 cups water. Let this sit for 10 min and strain it before drinking. Have this few times per day. Or chew a ginger piece few times a day. In case of hypertension, avoid ginger.
MINT
Another great herb. It is carminative and antispasmodic so it removes gas and bloating, while it removes cramps too. Have 1 tsp dry mint leaves in boiling water. After 10 min, strain and sip it cool. Have this 5 times per day. Or take 2 mint coated pills 3 times per day.CINNAMON
It kills bacteria and viruses too inside the gut. Also, it is warm and removes chills, pains, aches and so on. Get 1 tsp of it in ½ cup boiled water. After 5 min, strain and use cheese cloth for this. Add 1 tsp honey and have this tea 4 times daily. Or mix ½ tsp cinnamon and 1 tbsp honey in warm water glass. Have this 3 times daily.
CHAMOMILE
Again antispasmodic and reduces inflammation too, diarrhea is removed, cramps, bloating, gas, nausea. Add 3 tsp dry chamomile in hot water. Let steep for 15 min and strain it. Add honey and lemon juice and drink 4 times per day.
ACV
Another great home cure. It kills viruses and gives you pectin that soothes irritation inside. Also removes gas, nausea, ache and vomiting. Get 1 tbsp ACV in a water glass or juice, and have this before meals. Or get 1 tbsp ACV and honey in warm water. Have this every few hours.LEMON
It is acidic and a great cure for this flu. It kills the flu pathogens. And it has vitamin C that kills microbes and boosts immunity. Mix 2 tsp lemon juice and water. Have this 30 min prior a meal.
PROBIOTIC YOGHURT
It keeps good bacteria safe in the gut and removes viruses. It boosts digestion and immunity too. Have 2-3 cup of this daily and add banana chunks in it too for the taste. Or make a smoothie with apple and honey, or banana. Have this 3 times daily.
GARLIC

RICE WATER

BANANAS
The ripe and green are both good and healthy. They digest easily and have potassium and magnesium too. They are the best electrolytes for the body. In case of diarrhea, mash ripe banana and add 1 tsp tamarind pulp and salt a pinch. Have this 2 times per day. Or eat 2 ripe bananas for a week. OR make raw banana soup.
